In a 2015 study, researchers from Deakin University and InsightSRC monitored 1,853 students to assess the impact of meditation and mindfulness programs within schools. They found that stress, sleep and wellbeing levels were monitored over eight weeks and the results of the study found that there were a range of positive benefits for those who participated in the program.
