This Meditation program has been designed for the beginner student. The programs training focus is to bring meditation and mindfulness into your daily life so that you can successfully implemented it’s benefits in a wide variety of social environments with positive results.
As a member of Zeropointman.com’s Meditation Education Program students will be provided with a range of freely accessible resources and mindfulness programs that can be used in daily living.
These resources are found in our members area. In addition to these resources Zeropoint Man also provides a range of intermediate and advanced training programs to support students to enhance their understanding of meditation, mindfulness and their own spiritual development.

Current research into Meditation Training Programs have been independently evaluated and the results indicate that meditation and mindfulness programs can assist with sleep, wellbeing, managing emotions, concentration and social behavior.
In a 2015 study, researchers from Deakin University and InsightSRC monitored 1,853 students to assess the impact of mediation and mindfulness programs. They found that stress, sleep and wellbeing levels were monitored over eight weeks and the results of the study found that there were a range of positive benefits for those who participated in the program.
